Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the records back in their original specialized mailers, ensuring all inserts and sleeves are included to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
